Completed Environmentally Friendly Land Clearing Projects
I-95 Fiber Optic Right of Way (ROW)
REALM LLC was contracted to execute this project due to our reputation of performance. The project consisted of Brazilian Pepper Trees and Palmettos for a 60 mile Right of Way along I-95 in Central Florida. The fiber optic utitility company that contracted us accounted for the project to take 3 to 4 months to complete. REALM LLC completed the project in 40 days. This project is located in the second half of the ROW Photo Album.
SCDNR Project
South Carolina Department of Natural Resources
REALM LLC was contracted for this project due to it’s Low Ground Pressure Equipment and reputation for efficiency.
The Heritage Trust Preserve properties require management to maintain the roadways for access and fire prevention. The properties consisted of Highly protected eco systems for conservation and research. This project is in the Sunlighting, Roadways and Ditch Clean out Photo Album.
Department of Defense
REALMLLC maintains Permits and Credentials to perform projects on secure sites.
We have conducted a variation of projects on Military bases and federal properties. Due to our reputation and specialized equipment.
From Blast Berms to Bombing ranges along with roadway maintenance (Sunlighting and airing) to miscellaneous land clearing, we have conducted a wide variety of applications.
Most of these projects are restricted from photography.
Pre Development Land Clearing
REALM LLC is contracted by developers to assist in project clearing and roadway cuts prior ground breaking permits. No ground disturbance or hauling, preliminary exposure of existing site conditions allows the developer to execute future planning without jeopardizing Environmental Sensitive Areas or eco systems.
Pre Construction Cleaning
This same type of practice applies to all landowners and contractors The objective of minimal environmental disturbance with Low Ground Pressure equipment enables clients to execute projects without permits (under most conditions) No Hauling or Dump fees and minimal equipment and man power.
APEX Septic Line
ROW projects vary per terrain. Minimal environmental impact is generally the objective when we are requested to perform such contracts.
The Apex Septic line is our ROW album shows REALM LLC from start to finish grinding large trees and stumps on hilly terrain involving several streams crossings. We were to grind all Bid-Mass on Site. Leaving the grinds in place was key to erosion control and minimal disturbance to the eco system.
Kilmarlic Golf Coarse
REALM LLC was contracted for this project due to its specialty equipment and performance.
The objective was to clear a 50 foot buffer on an 18 hole coarse. Large old growth hardwoods were not allowing proper ventilation and sunlight to the greens and fairways. We were able to complete the project by grinding onsite with no disturbance to the environment or to the golf coarse.
Pond Maintenance
Pond Maintenance at times requires specialized equipment with LGP (Low Ground Pressure) and extensive reach. Vegetation can accelerate from avoided maintenance and moist conditions. We can remedy vegetation overgrowth with minimal disturbance and no haul off or dump fees.
Pasture Clearing and Nature Trails
REALM LLC can assist landowners in new pasture areas and reclamation without clearing permits or multitudes of equipment. By grinding there is no Haul off, dump fees or burn piles. By majority, seeding with maintenance can offer viable grazing grounds in due time.
Nature Trails are popular with trail riders as well as developers. Using LGP grinding equipment provides minimal; ground disturbance and a clean soft trail.
